(3) Chair person: After contacting the palatine captain in regards to not attending league matches, also competitions on several occasions, I wrote to them they still have not been attending, nor have they responded to my letter. I find this behaviour unacceptable and unfair on apposing teams. I would like to put to a vote that these two teams are withdrawn from the league. Majority vote taken Palatine teams withdrawn from the league.
(4) Chair person: I have two letters here in regards to a dispute between the Dutchmen and the County. The results secretary reads out the letters, brief contents is about shouting abuse, foul language, references to the committee both letters were read out.
(5) Chair person: In reply to section four of the meeting, and also other outbursts, I am disgusted with the behaviour I had to get a committee member on a Sunday evening to marshal a match for grown up men, she then walks into another venues to find teams having a brawl, and you know who you are and you’re in this room. All captain will be responsible for there own behaviour and their team members.
(6) Chair person: I think it is about time the committee had a bit of respect I am not bothered about me but we have Dawn here learning the ropes and our little Michelle learning about the competitions and Tracy doing the competitions of which I might add are all going out on time and running smoothly she is doing a damn good job, we have a good team here if any of you think you can do better there is an opening to run the summer league. So let’s have some bloody respect for these girls. “Cheers and Applause from the floor”.
(7) Chair person: Will people stop phoning at stupid hours in the morning you all know the league hours for phone calls. The committee do have a life as well thank you.
(8) Chair person: A question from Ocean edge team captain wanting to know the minimum age for being a captain or vice captain the age is eighteen years.
(9) Chair person: When is a seven ball a seven ball? Answer player A breaks off he pot’s a yellow, he then chooses to play for red’s player B takes his turn not potting any yellows. player A returns to table potting all the red’s and the black this is classed as a technical seven baler, as player B has not potted any yellows him self.
(10) Chair person: Skill shot on the black there is no skill shot on the black.
(11) Chair person: The Farmhouse tavern and the Coast have had to pull out of the league they are having problems with getting their teams together.
